Adieu Shaq AKA The Big AARP

Check out the story here:

Usually sports press conferences are the most boring thing int he world... Shaq, as he usually does, made it the most fun thing I have ever seen.  This is the first time that I have enjoyed watching a press conference, and a retirement one at that.  Shaq was funny, he was eloquent, and he thanked all the right people.  This is the first time anyone has seen a player announce his retirement from his home (Shaq used his indoor basketball court for the press conference) and he even catered from Planet Hollywood among other places.  Shaq was being Shaq, and for that I respect him even more.  Not only will people remember him for his 3 championship rings, 23.7 ppg and 10.9 rpg, and his dominance as a center, but they will also remember him as the fun-loving guy who just wanted people to like him.  Farewell Shaq, you will be missed.
