Mike Tyson's tattoo artist wanted an injunction on The Hangover: Part II for violation of copyright on his tattoo art.  If my media law class taught me anything, this guy had no case at all.  It's a spoof of Mike Tyson.  You can't beat the spoof! (Variety)
